The Marine Accident and Investigation Branch has published its second safety digest for 2023.
The digest primarily focused on shipping and marine operation and includes safety lessons from a selection of marine accidents involving vessels from the merchant, fishing and recreational sectors.
Port marine teams might want to note and share some of the learnings.
