We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marine Operations Manager to lead a team of dedicated professionals and drive excellence in maritime operations. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of maritime operations, ensuring efficiency, safety and compliance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to optimise efficiency, minimise costs, and ensure compliance with regulations.
With approx. 4,800 commercial vessel movements per year, including the world’s largest ships in operation, and 10,000+ leisure vessels using the Haven waters, this is a dynamic opportunity for the right candidate.
We are looking for a strong leader with excellent communication skills and with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proven ability to manage complex operations, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines will make you the ideal candidate for us.
