Commercial Membership at two tier levelsd is available ass follows:
Commercial Member: Tier 1 (CM1)
- Any person, company or organisation engaged in business that provides products or services in ways that assist Full Members in the performance of their professional duties, or who wish to support UKHMA in the attainment of its Objectives, shall be eligible to be a CM1.
The Council has an absolute discretion as to who shall become a CM1.
Commercial Member: Tier 2 (CM2)
- Small corporate enterprises who comply with 18.1.1 but have a total of four or less full-time, part-time employees or self-employed professional associates may apply for a 50% reduction in the CM1 subscription rate and shall be categorised as CM2.
A CM2 will be required to declare annually their continued qualification as a CM2.
Both CM1 and CM2 shall be entitled to receive notice of, and for a single representative to attend, all general meetings but shall have no right to vote on any issue. Both CM1 and CM2 shall have restricted access to defined Member areas of the UKHMA website.
